September 15th, 2009

If you have never heard of teleconferencing, than you must not be working for a big corporation. In the past few years, many large companies have expanded and have since opened offices across the world. Prior to the great technology we now have, company heads and important employee’s use to fly out for training sessions, important large meetings  and it became a huge expense and impractical. But now thanks to the technology such as audio teleconferencing, companies are able to link up from just sitting down from their own workspace by phone or internet. You are able to have hundreds of people on one conference and showing them all the same presentations or training sessions by just a click of a button on your computer. In 2008, audio teleconferencing revenue was up in the billions.  . Teleconferencing has operators standing by to help connect your parties together and even help you run a conference. Operators are able to work from their own home using the same technology. It’s a great opportunity for business owners; they have no extra costs such as rent on an office space, office supplies, travel costs, electricity. Even your employee’s pay their own internet. It’s a business that will continue to grow and help other business cut travel cost.
